Ways to make a complaint to the TIO
Important first note - we can only help you with
your complaint if:
you have already contacted your telephone or internet service
provider and told them about your complaint OR you have tried
to contact the company without success, AND
you think the provider did not resolve your complaint in a fair
or reasonable way.

When you contact us we will ask you for some personal details
so we can handle your complaint. We will give that information
to the telecommunications company involved with your complaint.
We may only be able to give you limited assistance if you
decide to remain anonymous or cannot give us the information
we ask for.
